Unifying Google’s Developer Messaging to Increase Cross-Sells
I led the rollout of Google’s Developer Narrative, a strategic messaging framework that streamlined communication across multiple developer-facing products.
This framework—"Develop, Grow, Earn"—clarified Google's value proposition, making it easier to cross-sell and drive adoption.
By revamping website content, creating a global sales deck, and training regional teams, I helped drive a 10% increase in cross-sell revenue from existing customers.
Expanding Google AdMob’s Reach through a Global Student Challenge
To bring more developers into the AdMob ecosystem, I launched the AdMob Student App Challenge, a global competition encouraging students to build and monetize apps.
This initiative attracted 3,000+ team signups and generated $2M in new ad revenue, expanding AdMob’s footprint among the next generation of developers.

Positioning Springboard as the Leading Job-Guarantee Bootcamp
Springboard needed a stronger competitive edge in the online education space. By refining the company’s messaging to highlight its job guarantee, I helped reposition it as the clear choice for career switchers.
This messaging update resulted in a 2x increase in lead-to-enrollment conversion rates on our website.
Turning YouTube into a High-Performing Growth Channel
To drive top-of-funnel awareness, I developed and executed a video content strategy focused on career advice, industry insights, and expert-led discussions.
This effort grew Springboard’s YouTube channel from 3K to 50K subscribers, generating 5M+ views and 300+ monthly course applications, making it one of the company’s top acquisition channels.

Repositioning Liftoff to Close More Deals
Facing stiff competition in mobile adtech, I led a repositioning effort that established Liftoff as the one-stop-shop for both user acquisition and re-engagement.
By highlighting our unbiased machine learning approach and creative A/B testing methodology, we simplified sales messaging and improved deal flow, resulting in a 25% increase in pitch-to-close conversion rates.
Guiding the Industry Through Apple's IDFA Changes
Apple’s iOS 14.5 update removed IDFA tracking, sending shockwaves through the mobile advertising industry. I helped launch the No IDFA? No Problem. campaign, a thought leadership initiative designed to help advertisers navigate the new privacy landscape.
Through blog content, webinars, and guides, I educated the market on SKAdNetwork, creative adaptation, and privacy-friendly measurement strategies, generating 1,000+ marketing-qualified leads and reinforcing Liftoff’s position as an industry leader.

Strengthening Customer Relationships Through Advisory Boards
To deepen engagement with our top gaming advertisers, I launched Moloco’s first global customer advisory board. This event provided a platform for product feedback, best practice sharing, and partnership-building.
As a result, advertiser trust and investment grew, leading to a 17% MoM increase in ad spend from participating customers.
